Dear Friends,

CALLING OUR PLACE FOR HELP

We have been receiving many calls for help, and some of our new friends are unsure if they can seek our help in various areas. So, for the benefit of all, below are some commonly asked questions and our reply.

1. I am in Singapore. I have a relative suffering from serious illness, is there anyone who can come to my house and help us?

A: Yes, we can enlist our caregivers in Singapore to go and see the family, collect some background information to feedback to Ray, so that the family can have a more productive phone consultation session with Ray.

Recently, we have been helping a family with similar situation. The family has benefited from the much needed follow-up sessions that helped the sufferer through a painful time. The family appreciated the specific instructions and recommendations, and the step-by-step guidance towards greater understanding. One of our caregivers was called upon to show the family how to prepare food, and the session has brought the family closer to pull through this difficult time.

If you are in other parts of the world, write to us, and we will try to call upon trusted friends to help you.

2. If I donˇ¦t have serious health issues, but just want to learn how to get started, do you entertain that as well?

A.  People usually come to us when they have a crisis, e.g. bladder infection, acne breakout, child running a fever, dog has cataract, difficulty in fastingˇK And of course, there are also those who want us to speak to their friends or family members who have no health issues yet, just to get them started on the right path to health.

So, drop us an email, and we will start with a health interview, either by email or phone or in person (if youˇ¦re in Singapore). Then, we will let you know how to get in touch with Ray, and arrange for a time for you to call him for the consultation. Ray will give you recommendations and suggest for the next follow-up.

3. I have a crisis now, can I speak to Ray?

A: Sure. Email us and we will let you know how to reach him.

4. We foresee a series of follow up sessions, and it is inconvenient to pay for each session, could we pay after a serious of sessions? Or do you request advance payment?

A: Payment in advance would be appreciated, and we can refund you the unused portion.

5. I would like to make friends with others who have suffered like me and made it. Can you help? Do you have an internet chat room?

A: No, we do not have an internet chat room. We can help source the right people and recommend them to you. Another way is for you to attend our activities (e.g. food classes or sharing sessions) and meet others.

6. I have tasted the great, delicious food you have prepared. Is it possible for you to come to my house and prepare such a meal for my family? That will be a great help.

A: Sure, that would be an absolute pleasure. In fact, we have done that many times with great success! From meal planning, to understanding the challenging issues at home, we can set up a memorable and meaningful session for all at home.
