Q. I am following the procedure that you recommended for my healing. I am doing all the physical things but I want you to say more of the psychological component.

A. We are not a rock, nor can we be tied to a tree and fed water or juice.

We must be totally involved in our own healing. Our problem is not an increment but is a problem that is affecting and implicated in the entire system. This means that the entire system must be involved in the recovery. It is a fact that the body recovers automatically, provided that the conditions have not passed the point of no return, meaning that the energy reserve is not sufficient for recovery.

It is important to realize that the bodyˇ¦s condition is behind our mentality. In other words, the physical condition is the mentality. If the body is strong and nourished, with a good genetic history, the mentality will be clear and decisive, and the decisions will contribute to our overall good. Success will be inevitable and we will have the famous Midas touch. But if the body is burdened with negative genetic predispositions, to organs and system failure, and add to that, poor nutrition, as well as, systemic congestion, it is this combination that produces many negative reactions and poor decisions. In such cases, recovery is very difficult, and the sufferer looks for other techniques and tries different treatments. Their mental reactions may differ, from spontaneous anger, distrust of others, abuse of loved ones, to a lack of appreciation, and probably the worst will be the hiding of feelings and showing a different face. We need to know that this is totally dishonest and prevents healing.

The recovery of the body is total. The body will not, for example, heal the stomach and neglect the other parts, such as the liver etc. Nothing can recover, unless the whole organism receives parts of the recovery. For instance, we all know that the liver is a multi-functional organ, and its reactions throughout the body are more far-reaching than is known. And if it breaks down, it cannot recover unless complete recovery is experienced in the body.

Hence, we must look at every area of our lives. Self care is self-love and is the true beginning of care and love.

We need to reflect on our relationship with the little ones --- is it pure and satisfying? Is it without the traditional burden of parenting? What about our marriage? Most marriages are dishonest and compromising and are a big impediment to healing, because we are kept in a state of unhappiness, and this state prevents healing which promotes deception. We also need to think as an employer, are we treating our employees fairly? Then, we must consider the ego --- that fabricated dimension that covers up our weaknesses. This ego is a major burden that will shorten lifeˇ¦s journey.

A cleaning body wants all components to heal. Our responsibility is to rest, discontinue food, and honestly look at how we live our lives. In other words, we look at all the traditional values of self, of men and women, of marriage, our little ones ˇV the way we feed them and school them, and then look at our dreamed-up spirituality that resulted from our weakness and insecurity.

So, consider fasting, with the highest commonsense, and realize that the body is the engine of enlightenment and that includes all its parts, including the mentality.

It was the ignorance of the medical industry that produced a specialist for the heart, stomach, kidneys, the liver, the nervous system, and the biggest fraud of all --- the doctor of the mentality. The medical industry created such a mess by specializing in the parts and making the approach so complicated that it left the layman powerless and a slave to their theories.

We must reclaim the absolute pleasure of self-care and educate ourselves as to how simple it all is. Healing is a very private journey. We must let go of past influences and donˇ¦t push this on anyone. Let our example show the way. Example is the best teaching.

Now we know that healing the body involves the mentality as well, so if we continue to hold on to the old value systems and I mean, old cultural values, the bodyˇ¦s energy will be wasted and healing will be incomplete. We must change our minds about women, men, children and the earth. If we donˇ¦t, we are destined to suffer a life of ups and downs, as we break the golden laws of evolution. We passed our mistakes on to the future generations and this has been our pattern for thousands of years. So, if you wonder about the way things are, it is simply because our intelligence broke the fundamental laws of life.

All the very best,
Ray
