Q.I heard the other day that you recommend chemotherapy and surgery. I couldn・t believe it, would you explain? Yes, I have recommended chemotherapy and surgery. There is a point in the deterioration of the body when there is no energy to digest food, in which case, appetite is suspended, and to feed the body at this time is to add to its burden. Then, considering that the doctor・s prognosis of the cancer is stage four and is a terminal condition, this situation is very grave, so bad that only an aggressive treatment of chemotherapy can address such a condition. Good results are not always achieved. However, we suggest that this situation must be talked over with your doctor, as well as, the opinion of another M.D. It must be considered that the chemicals that make up chemotherapy are toxic and must be carefully calibrated, because the doctor knows how a miscalculation could be deadly. In view of this, we feel that it is necessary for the patient to be as strong as the natural laws can create by giving the body what its design demands, and we suggest before and during the chemotherapy, a vegetable juice diet as follows: Make a juice combination of Carrot (60%) & Celery (30%) & Beetroot (10%, i.e. as big as your thumb). Strain this juice with a fine screen. Have 6 ounces of this juice every 1? hr from sunrise to sunset. Do this for approximately seven days. This material and method will help absorption and deliver necessary nutrients to the system. We also recommend the same procedure when any surgery is necessary so as to assist life and prevent further damage. Then, after the juice diet, when appetite returns, then raw fruits and vegetables are appropriate, with about 60-80% raw and the rest steamed or baked, together with a measured amount of sunshine, 20 minutes before 10am or 5pm with no sun screen. I believe that before the medical industry takes their drastic measures, all effort must be made to satisfy the basic needs of the body. We all know of people who have two breasts and uterus removed because of cancer, they had questionable health but they seem to withstand the surgery and the chemotherapy, and after 25 years, they are still walking around. So, if cancer develops, consider all modalities. This is not the time for dogmatism. Think carefully and intelligently, considering how it developed. Stop using animal products, smoking, alcohol and to rest as much as possible. Do moderate exercise and enjoy the sunshine. It is important not to discuss this except with your closest loved ones, otherwise you will be inundated with suggestions by well meaning people because of the books they just read or the workshop they just experienced, and it will only add to your burden. So, limit your discussion to only those closest to you and stay focused. And I hope you find comfort as I have, in this old Chinese advice, :If you have a disease, don・t look for a cure, find your centre.; All the very best,
