FASTING

1. Where did fasting begin?
A.
The idea of fasting began with life. When life began, built-in was a system of recovery from injury and irritation.  That instinct was the first seed of wisdom. When a child is disturbed along the digestive system, it loses appetite. The parents worry and call the doctor and he teaches the parents to disregard the child's instinctual wisdom, and feeding is attempted. Overtime, the body struggles to relieve its condition and the child is robbed of his instinctual wisdom. 

2. When should we fast?
A.
Whenever the body is stressed, either physically or mentally, skip the next several meals until recovery is experienced. 

3. When is the fast counter-indicated?
A. All abnormal conditions require physical and mental rest. That means a rest from food as well. However, there are conditions that require the expertise of a professional who understand the seriousness of various conditions. Morning sickness, as it appears in the early days of pregnancy, is an indication of digestive malfunction and does indeed indicate a fast.  2, 3 or 4 days of fasting usually correct this condition to help digestion for the important days ahead.  Type I diabetes, brain tumor, liver cancer, people on dialysis machine, also require professional guidance.  Generally, all conditions require rest, so that the body's reserve energy can begin to correct the disorder.  Fasting is a very definite conservation of the body's energy, which can be wisely directed to the problem. 

SUNSHINE

1. You say the sun is a must. That is totally against what science says, explain.
A.
The sun makes everything looks good, from a meadow to a butterfly. All animals go in the sun for periods of the day, except us, the most highly evolved organism. Imagine how ridiculous how we have become to embrace such a falsehood! 

Go in the sun early in the morning around 8am for 15-30mins or after 5pm, front and back, without any sunscreen or greasy material. Do this daily for a month, and then you won't require a long, drawn out boring explanation. It's good for your bone, your nervous system, that will lead to better digestion and elimination. Then, there will be energy to move and not mope.

PURE EATING

1. What is your thought on the question of eating meat?
A. Regardless of scientific studies and the various philosophy about why we shouldn't eat meat, commonsense needs to rise to the occasion: It is the incorrect material for the human digestive system.  This system is already genetically injured and the metabolism of meat is very energy consuming. Many, including myself, felt tired after a meat meal. We don't have that feeling when we eat fruits and vegetables. The consumption of meat damages an already damaged system, much more than the consumption of fruits and vegetables. 

It is all about the enormous meat industry and all the satellites that have grown from it, from leather to jello, all are involved in this very cruel industry that has become so vast that they own large chunks of our elected officials. This industry is well anchored in our psyche. It is a waste of time to fight it. Use the energy to help the body convert to a healthier way of life.

LOVE

1. What's your opinion on the cultivation of unconditional love?
A. We must first begin with ourselves, to learn to love ourselves, to practice that by self-healing. Our ability to love is measured by how much we love ourselves. We cannot love outside ourselves more than we love ourselves. That is a fraud, a game. Hollywood has taught us that game and the religions taught us that game too. In Christians, they say, "give, give, give..."and we have millions of Mother Teresa but nobody is giving to himself. From loving ourselves, we become qualified to love. Just like by fasting and fasting, we become qualified to teach others to fast. It has to begin with us.

GENERAL

1. Where did our health problems begin -- genetic or lifestyle?
A. The lifestyle developed from the genetic damage. Physical damage absolutely affects the mentality, much more than the mentality affects the physical. Again, conventional wisdom (popular opinion) is wrong and prove that as humanity lives in ignorant, all majority opinions are wrong.

2. The public is offered many methods of healing, how do we choose the correct system?
A. When we truly understand how the body functions in its normal mode, and how it functions when it has to deal with a malfunction, the whole history of medicine as to how disease is dealt with and how many treatments and procedures have been put forth to deal with this so-called disease, has become apparent that the treatment and procedures have failed simply because of the increase in suffering, the condition of our children and the latest trend --- the epidemic in obesity. The results of all the treatments and procedures have not worked. 

Is there a medicine yet to be formulated? Or is there a rainforest on earth that has the perfect combination of plants' part that can come to our rescue? Is it possible that the whole concept of treatment is wrong? Yes, it is and here's why: Treating the body on a symptom level and not understanding the reasons for the symptoms, this is what's wrong.

The symptom is a signal that a part or system is overloaded and stressed. The symptom is not the problem. Our dangerous intelligence is. There is nothing left to do now except nothing.  And that is the glorious solution.  Do nothing intelligently. Go in the sun and when we eat, eat only the purest fruits and vegetables and from time to time, fast and rest. And finally develop a deep sense of self-care.  Self-care is the true appreciation for the life that we are. 

Treating the body while we continue to break the laws of life wears us out, and gives us a new perspective on treatment: there is no cure for any disease. 

We are in trouble not only physically and mentally, but our institutions and government as well, not to mention our shaky marriages and our weak children. Relief would not come until we figure out the laws of life and re-establish our instinctual respect for those laws. Dying the way we do is the ultimate self-abuse. 

3. You stress a lot on a clean body. Let us say a person has a very clean body and he wants to pursue mind and spiritual development, what's your advice.
A.
If a person already has a clean body, he needs no advice about spirituality. He is already on his way. Our responsibility is to get our instrument (body) right and when we get it right, all of a sudden, our instrument becomes our temple. And we never have to speak about spirituality ever again --- NEVER! It comes naturally, because the programming that is in us is millions of years old.  Our teachings are only a few thousands years old and they are dangerous, confusing and conflicting teachings. But the right teachings are written in every cell of our body and all we have to do is to clean these cells out and the information comes to the surface. Every fast cleans more and more. The wisdom is in us. We have the instinct to our wisdom. 

Our knowledge is dangerous.  Instinctual wisdom is truth and when we learn to go inside, we would realize that we are entering the universal library where the answers to all questions are. If we go outside of ourselves asking questions, all we would do is stimulate more questions and there's no end to it because every time you ask question, some experts would say "I know" and he doesn't know. We are following people who do not practice what they preach, people who are giving advice from books, and that is not right.
