4. If you have a Serious Disease, what should you do?

A body is in a serious condition when it depletes faster than its ability to recover. There is a loss of energy to such an extent that the body is unable to refine its food into energy, and this means that the eating has become a burden, and a rest from food is recommended, under professional guidance.

Conditions that are devastating require a diversified treatment and medication. I point out how we all know people who had cancer or organs removed, they lose their hair and burn their skin from the radiation, yet 25 years later, they are still active and productive. All options must be considered, not as a replacement for what we say, but an addition to what we say.

It is true that the body needs an intelligent rest from eating. It is also true that our whole being needs and craves the nourishment of the sun. Sun, as we know, puts life and light in dark places, and it is the truth that the highest organism on the earth requires the most sun. It is also true that the body needs great food, fresh and clean, from the aroma of a mango to the texture of a peach, where every part of us involved in the refinement of this delicious material will be blessed and strengthened.

Hence, regardless of our individual conditions and their prognosis, it would serve us all well to give the body all it requires. All of this is a must to give the body a better-than-even chance for life. So, for those who are in this condition, be open. Do the right thing.

We know now that we must become natural before we can become spiritual, this is a high truth. Our self-healing can never be ruled out or substituted if we are serious about life and if we want to be seen as caring people, then we must turn inwards and heal. What becomes of us occurs along the journey. There is no destination, only the journey, and as long as we continue to heal, we will live a comfortable life.

All the very best,
