Hello! My name is Allison. I am writing about my experience on fasting.

In the beginning, my mom told me that fasting would help me, so I did it. At first it was hard not to eat but then I started to get used to it. I got to read and watch TV all day since I had nothing else to do. After one day of fasting and one day on fruit, I felt better. My allergies weren't as bad as before. It made a difference.
