Yvonne Shares her Story on Menstruation

"Eversince my beloved dog passed away in June, I had not been to the beach for suntaning and my menses had not been flowing quite well. I got some spotting for 2 wks from 1st wk of July and I ignored it because I don't want to further stress myself with it even though it is very annoying. I guess alot of toxins cannot flow out properly and much is still left inside me and caused me bad mood swing, flare up for the slightest thing, and yes, I really believe it does, and that is the cause of it!

Until 2 days ago, I got some spotting again and maybe it is the time of the month again (well, it is haywired so i lost count of the cycle) and I can sense it is coming but somehow, it needed some "help" to flow out. So, I decided to head the beach this morning and I was there for 1.5 hrs under the sun, and sure enough, it started to flow more after an hour, and more and more!

Perhaps, I am the only woman in the world that always look forward to my monthly cycle while other women dread its coming, because I know I am still clogged with toxins and I always feel calmer after I had menstruated. I seemed to have a  clearer mind and my creativity juice just popped everywhere, and so tell me how can I not believe in this ?" Singapore, Sep 06
